Who is Justin Bieber?

Hi everyone! How is everyone doing this week! This week was a lot of fun! There are three things that I want to talk about this week.
1. The Family Vazquezs’ Baptism
2. I Mowed Grass
3. A Cult my companion and I found
This weekend was the Family Vazquez’s baptism! But only the mom, daughter, and son were baptized. It was funny because we did a
practice round of how one of the branch member was going to baptize them and they totally freaked out because they were going into water and they though they were going to drown. Luis was like im going to drown and im in water. Hahaha. But we had the baptism yesterday and it was amazing, I am glad to report that no one drowned, but after the service was done, Hermana Vazquez came up to Hermana Klienman and I and she just stared to ball. All she said was thank you, thank you. Honestly, all we did was teach them, they were ready, they were ready to hear about the gospel and to be baptized. They say that they don’t know much about the gospel but all I know is that they are humble and they are willing to do anything to learn. It was funny, we were finishing up the last part of the lesson and they bust out high lighters, markers! Even the young kids that cant even read, they wanted a Book of Mormon so that they can say that they have one.
Honestly, I felt like I didn’t do anything, I felt like they are ready, and they are going to be the examples in their family and soon their dad is going to get baptized. Then he is going to get the priesthood and then her mother in law and her boyfriend are going to get married. This family will be an eternal family….just like how my family is going to be an eternal family!
This week I got to mow Lorena lawn! I have never held a lawn mower in my life let alone mow a lawn. Well, this week we got to meet with Lorena twice and she really is amazing. She is going to Oklahmona to visit her boyfriend so I was like, when I was younger, when I went on vacation, I never took my scriptures so lets commit her to take her Book of Mormon and have her read. Lorena is going to OK for three week!!! So when we commited her to read shes like yah duh I was already planning on taking my Book of Mormon with me. So, she is going to get baptized but she needs to get married to her husband but her husband comes down to Tx once a month so we are going to see when she can get her boyfriend to come down so that she can get married then baptized. She always come to chuch just like a regular member does, so we just need to get her baptized. There are so many people in the church that are surprised that she isn’t a member, because she just acts like one.
This week we got a referreal from a member about this young man who is a mission but for his own church, his name is Jorge, and Jorge is trying to learn Spanish but doesn’t speak very well, so it’s a good thing that our member knows English. So we got the referral and we stop by his house on the way to an appointment, and we knock on the door and this young 19 year old man name Justin from the Dominican Republic opens the door. We find out that there is a whole house filled with missionaries from some religion and they leave the house at 10am and get back at 10pm, I guess they are doing the samething we are doing. Justin was like I would like to invite you in but our
leader isn’t here! Our leader is the one that need to give me permission to let you in. then we asked him like questions about him and aaobut our religion and he was like…well I need to ask my leader 1st. that was the answer to a lot of his questions, I need to ask my leader 1st. we asked if we can come back another time and he was like yah sure, but you need to come back when my leader is here, so we set up an appointment so that we can meet his leader. So, we are differently not going to the house without a member for sure. But its going to be crazy teaching people who we think are in a cult.
So after we met the people in the cult, we stop by Michelle house, a 23 year old young single adult who is terrified of coming to church.
We stop by and she hadn’t read in the Book of Mormon so we read Alma 32, the one that talks about an experiment about faith. We read it and she didn’t get much about it because she doesn’t get the language, so we broke it up for her. She understand that she needs to come to church but we might have to give her to the singles ward missionaries because if she isn’t going to go with her parents she probably is going to feel more confortable with young single adults that are her age. Eh.. but its progress for her to go to church. I know that it is important for her to get the real truth even I love her to death, but she needs to go somewhere where she understand what is going on.
Well, another week has come and gone. You know I love you!!
Love Always,
Hermana Annie Beetso

Quote of the Week:
Hermana Beetso: So what do we do on the Sabbath day?
Luis: Ir a la Church
You have to love Spanish/english
