Knock, Knock

Good Morning Everyone! So this week I am emailing on Saturday because of the Holiday weekend! So, this is what has happened so far in the week…
We had a Family Home Evening with Norma and her kids! This is amazing because usually she punches on our appointments! We were able to do the Lehi dream and how we need to say on the correct path and make the right decisions. Later on this week, we played a game with Norma and her kids and Norma knows everything! The only thing that she was upset because she didn’t know is the 10 commandments! But we are going to stop by today to make sure that she is going to church, tomorrow. This week we met with a man name Manuel, he is the one im afraid off…and all yall know that im not afraid of many people, but I'm terrified again! But we went in and asked him if he read, and he said yes, then he started to ask us so many random pointless questions that he shouldn’t be asking….like for example, what is the linage of Lehi…where can I find it. And the whole the sabboth day should be on sat not Sunday. Yah…a lot of usless pointless questions, but in all he held up the Book of Mormon and said that this book means nothing to him! In conclusion he yelied at me because I told him he needs more faith. I promise I didn’t chasiete him, I just told him that he needs to have more faith and not to lean on his own understanding. That he needs to do more than read but to pray with real intent, and go to church. After the lesson Hermana Kleinman and I came to the conclusion that he was just looking for an outlet. Once again, someone intelligence has stead them in the wrong direction.
This week we met with Lorena and her kids weren’t their. Lorena told us her kids doesn’t want to listen or go to church because its bordering! Lorena told them that it isn’t bordering to her because she likes church. But then we have to thinking about it…I wasn’t interested in church at 14…but we are trying to get the youth involved so that they would seem more excited to go if people were inviting them to go!
We also got to met with Juan who is 17 years old, we taught him the Plan of Salvation and he really liked it. We set up another time to come back but we went back the other night but he was sleeping on the coach and he didn’t get anything we said so we set up another appointment, but he wasn’t their. We talked to his parents but they are no interested at all. So alteast they are cool about us coming over!
And we have knocked a lot of doors, more doors than I have ever knocked in my mission! So a lot of interesting people! So we will see what going to happen when the random people we meet!
I love you all!!!
Love Always,
Sister Annie Beetso

Aide Sierra: “Of course I want Ice Cream. Denying Ice Cream is like denying the Book of Mormon."
